Play this game to practice counting in 2s, 3s, 4s, etc. Practice for times tables and addition.

How to play

choose the grid size, skip size and start value. You can also choose a maxiumn value, e.g., 100, if youdon't want to count beyond 100
click on the square you want to start on to start drawing, and click again when you want to finish, or just move mouse off the grid. The rest will fill in automatically.
or just click on "create" and a game will be made for you.

Then play by clicking on the start square and then on the number you get to by adding your choice of skip number, and so on, until you get to the end
E.g., if the skip is 2, and you start at 2, you click on 2, 4, 6, 8, ...
If you click on the wrong number, the square will flash, and your path will also go back a step so you have to repeat the previous step
You can only move to a square that is adjacent, including diagonally, so that is 8 possible squares to move to, in general
If you click on the show button, the solution path will be shown, and you can just click along it for practice. If you then click the hide button, you have to restart the problem.
If you have done a puzzle and want to do the same puzzle again, click on the again button
To play a new game, click clear then create another

Example of making and playing a game:

1. First click on a square, and move your mouse; you'll leave behind a trail of numbers	2. When you leave the grid, or click where you want to end, the rest fills in automatically with random numbers	3. Then play by clicking on the numbers in the right order, starting with the yellow square; this is what it looks partly done	4. When you've finished, it will change to pretty colours, eg:
